Who is Baux Hill TAFE?
BHTafe has been around since 1998. It was foundered by two motor mechanics that undertood that the car industry was interested in utilizing the latest technology in car manufacturing to reduce green house emissions. These two founders realized that there was no facilities in which apprentices could learn the new automotive technologies and no quailified personnel that could service hybrid vehicles.
The school now specilizes in the training of apprentices exclusively for the high technological and hybrid motor car industry.

What facilities are there at BHT?
BHT consists of one administration building combined with four specialist workshops.
These workshops are reserved for
    1)Electrical/Electronic automobiles,
    2)Hybrid automobiles,
    3)Engine buiding and performance and
    4)Composite Body design and fabrication.

What we offer.
BHT offers courses in electrical/electronic theory, automotive systems programming, engine assembly, engine performance and measurement and composite body design and fabrication among others. There are also ancilliary training in the use of fire extinguishers, basic first aid and effect use of spill kits.

Who are our Industry Skills Councils (ISC)?
The Automotive Training Australia (ATA) and Automotive Training Victoria will both be used as a source of automotive skills information.

BAUX HILL TAFE - RTO

BAUX HILL TAFE IS A REGISTERED TRAINING ORGANIZATION and teach curriculum which is nationally recognised through the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications or statements of attainment.

Baux Hill TAFE is registered as an RTO by the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority.
