New Website

Our new website has been launched today. This is a virtual TAFE and contains as much 'real' information as possible. It will be updated regularly.

Improvements

The site has now been upgraded to include extra feedback ideas. Questionaires now exist in order to fine tune the policies of the College. Discussion groups can now be held to discuss other issues or ideas

Training Packages

Training package was added under the COURSES link. This package deals with aspects of AUtomotive Manufacturing; specifically trailers. Other packages will be uploaded when they are finalized.

New Link Added

A link to Classmarker has been added. This is a free on-line class testing facility where students can sit tests created by lecturers and teachers. These may be multiple choice or TRUE/FALSE type tests. Either way, it is excellent for student interaction and improvement.

RPL

A link to RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) has been created. At this link, students will find out how and what to submit in order to qualify for recognition of prior studies and experiences.

Basic Instrumentation

Today I added a basic tutorial on the understanding and use of a typical analog multimeter. Look under courses to find Basic Multimeters and download the pdf file. Also added is a page dedicated to the best (in my opinion) freeware software that I couldn't (and won't) live without. Go...
